The aim of this strategic transition was to modernise systems, guarantee the continuity of financial operations and improve the efficiency of internal processes.

- Identification of critical data objects to be migrated (accounting, purchasing, HR)
- Mapping of business processes impacted by migration
- Structuring the changeover plan to minimise operational risks
- Coordination of stakeholders (IS, business lines, integrators)
- Establishment of regular monitoring bodies and steering committees
- Definition of a test methodology to secure the transition phases
- Running training sessions to ensure the adoption of SAP ECC
- Creation of user guides and post-migration support
- Identifying resistance and taking appropriate corrective action
