Summary of issues
Herrenknecht France is a subsidiary of the German group Herrenknecht, specialist and world leader in the manufacture of tunnel boring machines.
With the launch of the Grand Paris Express projects in particular, the French subsidiary, created in 1998, saw its activity multiply by 10 in 2017.
Following the departure of a key member of staff in the financial organisation, the General Management wanted to carry out three projects:
- Auditing the organisation of financial and project monitoring processes to optimise operation
- Take over the management control function to restructure and formalise the financial processes and tools Budgeting, project monitoring, expense account management, etc.
- Assist in recruitment and to raise the competence of the profile
