Summary of issues
The management of GRETA-GIP Lorraine would like to take advantage of a diagnosis of financial management practices to identify areas for improvement and best practice.
The aim of this diagnosis is to harmonise these practices and simplify them in order to put in place regular and more accurate financial management in the light of developments in recent years.
- Taking stock of management monitoring practices for each GRETA
- Identify best practices and areas for improvement to develop sectoral analysis, harmonise management reporting and centralise data to inform management
- Propose actions to be implemented
